Cairo, Dec 27, SPA -- Speakers of the Arab parliaments and members of the Arab Transitional parliament elected unanimously here yesterday evening Mohammad Jassem Al-Saqr, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs committee at the Kuwaiti parliament as the Speaker of the Arab Transitional parliament for the next five years.
