Rome, Nov 21, SPA -- Premier Silvio Berlusconi's conservativegovernment won a confidence vote in the lower house ofparliament Thursday tied to part of its 2006 budget. The government had called the confidence vote to ensureswift passage of the measures, which are aimed at cuttingspending and fighting tax evasion.
