Al-Quds city, Oct 24, SPA -- Israeli troops killed a top Palestinianfugitive and a close accomplice in a West Bank shootoutMonday, prompting threats of "unprecedented" revenge bythe Islamic Jihad group. The wanted man, Luay Saadi, was the leader of IslamicJihad's military wing in the West Bank and was blamed forthe deaths of 12 Israelis in a series of attacks in recentmonths, according to a report of The Associated Press.
