Kathmandu, Jan 22, SPA -- At least 10 Maoist guerrillas and six security personnel were killed in a fierce gun battle in eastern Nepal, an army officer said on Sunday. He said the deaths took place during an overnight clash at a village in Makawanpur district, 100 km (60 miles) east of Kathmandu.
