Cairo, Feb 1, SPA -- Hamas might be willing to coexist with Israel if it returns to its 1967 borders, now that the Palestinian group is in power, Egypt's foreign minister said in comments published on Wednesday. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, asked by the Al Masry Al Yom newspaper about Hamas's advocacy of a Palestinian state including all of Israel, said: "I don't believe this is the framework.
