Tehran, Dec 11, SPA -- Iran's Foreign Ministry on Sundayoffered the United States a share in building a new nuclearpower plant. "America can take part in international bidding for theconstruction of Iran's nuclear power plant if they observethe basic standards and quality," Foreign Ministryspokesman Hamid Reza Asefi said in a news conference. Asefi was apparently talking about a 360-megawatt lightwater nuclear power plant in southwestern Iran, which thehead of the country's top atomic organization announcedplans to build on Saturday.
