Kandahar, March 4, SPA -- A bomb exploded Saturdayunder a vehicle carrying four Afghan intelligence agentsnear a southern provincial capital, killing all of them,officials said. The dead included a district intelligence chief in Helmandprovince, a hotbed of insurgency and illicit trade in opiumand heroin, said Asadullah Sherzad, the provincialcommander of the National Security Directorate.
