Tal Afar, Iraq, July 19, SPA -- Violent clashes between Iraqisoldiers and insurgents in the northern city of Tal Afarleft one civilian and three suspected insurgents dead,according to hospital officials Tuesday. Thirteen others were also injured from the clashes, saidDr. Saleh Haider, director of Tal Afar Hospital. Three civilians were killed when mortar shells fell ontheir homes in a residential neighborhood in the westernpart of the city, he said.
