Washington, July 19, SPA -- The Pentagon intends to move aheadquickly with the military trials of two terror suspects atGuantanamo Bay and file charges against eight others aftera federal court gave it a green light. Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld said Monday theruling Friday by a three-judge federal appeals court panelwas vindication of the Bush administration's approach toprosecuting suspected terrorists. Critics still argue the approach is flawed by inadequatelegal protections, according to a report of The Associated Press. "Proceedings will resume as soon as possible against twodetainees," Rumsfeld said without identifying them byname. Charges will be prepared against eight other suspects heldat the military prison in Cuba and President George W.
