Beirut, July 19 (SPA) - Prime Minister Fouad Siniora said after talks with President Emile Lahoud that Lebanon's new government could be announced later on Tuesday. "We've gone a long way in arriving at announcing the formation of the government," Siniora told reporters after a meeting with Lahoud.
