Tehran, July 31, SPA -- Iran's top nuclear negotiator said hisEuropean counterparts have proposed a guarantee that Iranwon't be invaded if Tehran agrees to a permanent halt onuranium enrichment, the state-run Islamic Republic NewsAgency said on Sunday. Hasan Rowhani said the proposal is under discussion byEuropeans and includes several important points such as"guarantees about Iran's integrity, independence, nationalsovereignty" and "non-aggression toward Iran," the agencyreported.
