Moscow, July 31, SPA -- Russia's top general was scheduled to headto Washington Sunday for talks with U.S. military officials, news agencies said. Gen. Yuri Baluyevsky, chief of Russia's general staff, wasexpected to meet Pentagon officials for discussions onmissile defense cooperation and the fight againstterrorism, ITAR-Tass reported.
