Seoul, South Korea, June 20, SPA -- The main U.S. envoy on the NorthKorea nuclear issue said Monday he hoped internationaldisarmament talks would resume next month, after theNorth's leader Kim Jong Il hinted at the possibility lastweek. U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill urgedthe North to set a firm date to return to the six-nationnuclear talks that it has boycotted since June 2004.
