Ramallah, West Bank, SPA -- More than 20 Palestinian gunmenburst into a large gathering of the ruling Fatah party onThursday, ordering people out of the building and firingshots into the air. Roughly 1,200 Fatah activists had gathered in a Ramallahhotel to discuss upcoming parliamentary elections when thegunmen burst into the building, the Associated Press quoted Dimitri Diliani, a party activist from Al-Quds city, as saying. The gunmen broke chairs, ordered everyone out of thebuilding and fired shots into the air outside the building,he said.
