Ramallah, West Bank, July 13, SPA -- Visiting European Union foreignpolicy chief Javier Solana on Wednesday said Palestinianofficials' condemnation of a suicide bombing in Israel wasnot enough and they must take action against the militants. "I am very pleased to see the (Palestinian) president andprime minister have condemned this terror act, but I thinkthat the condemnation will not be enough, there has to bean action and I think somebody has to be arrested," Solanatold reporters after a meeting with Palestinian PrimeMinister Ahmed Qureia in Ramallah. On Tuesday, a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself upoutside a mall in the Israeli city of Netanya, killing fourIsraelis.
