Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, June 8, SPA -- Ethiopian security forcesopened fire Wednesday on stone-throwing protesters in thecentral business district, leaving 20 people dead, theindependent Ethiopian Human Rights Council said. An Associated Press reporter saw 11 bodies in a room inthe capital's main hospital, at least four with gunshotwounds to the head, and was told they were only some of thecasualties from a third day of protests in the capital overelection results. Doctors at another hospital reportedreceiving two bodies.
