Beirut, Oct 3, SPA -- Omani Foreign Minister Yousef bin Alawi has ruled out the possibility of a military action by the US against Iran or Syria. In a statement published today by the Beirut-based Al-Safeer Arabic newspaper, Bin Alawai said his country "never feels any sort of danger from Iran." He noted that the GCC member states view Iran as a big country whether it is a nuclear or non-nuclear country. On the Iraqi issue, Bin Alawi said stability will never be realized through sending more troops to Iraq, but it comes through national reconciliation in Iraq.
