Three Estonian parties sign deal to form coalition government

Tallinn, Estonia, April 12, SPA -- Three Estonian parties Tuesdaysigned an agreement to form a coalition government to beled by Prime Minister-designate Andrus Ansip. Representatives for the conservative Reform Party, theleft-leaning Center Party and the rural-based People'sUnion Party signed the deal early Tuesday morning, ReformParty spokesman Kristen Michal said. The coalition agreement was expected to come up for a votein parliament later Tuesday. If approved, the coalition would muster a slight majorityof lawmakers in the 101-seat Riigikogu.
