Pakistan, India open talks on media and cultural cooperation

Islamabad, July 26, SPA -- Cultural officials from Pakistan and India opened talks on Tuesday on promoting cultural ties and other contacts, and on easing visa procedures. A seven-member Indian delegation arrived in Pakistan onMonday for the two-day meeting in the capital, Islamabad,Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammed Naeem Khan said. "They will be focusing on developing friendly exchange invarious fields, including people-to-people contacts, artand culture, education, youth affairs and sports," Khansaid.
