Karachi, April 3, SPA -- Police arrested three members ofa Muslim militant group and seized a caches of armsand munitions in raids in southern Pakistan, an officialsaid Sunday. The men, allegedly members of Baqiyatullah, a previouslylittle known group, were arrested Saturday night inKarachi, said Raja Omar Khitab, deputy superintendent ofpolice in Karachi. Two of the suspects were identified as Muzaffar Ali andAzhar Hussain. Their ages were not given. Dozens of grenades and an unspecified amount of rocketlaunchers, rifles, pistols, land mines and other munitionswas seized in the raids during which the arrests were made,Khitab said.
