Quetta, Oct 31, SPA -- Authorities detained dozens of Pakistanis who were deported by Iran after trying to illegally enter Turkey, an official said Sunday. Iranian authorities handed over the 73 men early Sunday toPakistani officials in Taftan, a small Pakistani town nearthe Iranian border, said Pir Mohammed, an official at theFederal Investigation Agency. Iranian border guards arrested the Pakistanis two weeksago when they were trying to cross into Turkey withoutvisas, said Mohammed, whose agency deals with immigration.
