Baghdad, Iraq, Jan 6, SPA -- Insurgents have executed 18 Iraqiworkers who were seeking jobs at a U.S. base north ofBaghdad, police said Thursday. Their corpses were discovered on Wednesday on a field nearthe volatile city of Mosul and were taken to the Kadhimiyahospital in Baghdad, police said. They said that the insurgents shot the Iraqis, agesbetween 14 and 20, on Dec. 8 after they stopped their twomini buses some 50 kilometers (30 miles) west of Mosul asthey were traveling from Baghdad.
