Beirut, March 13, SPA -- Syrian troops will not withdrawcompletely from Lebanon until at least after an April 7meeting between senior Syrian and Lebanese militaryofficers to discuss their redeployment, Lebanon's foreignminister said Sunday. Lebanese Foreign Minister Mahmoud Hammoud said the jointmilitary commission would set the "duration, time andlocation in these matters."
