Budapest, Hungary, Feb 15, SPA -- Iranian Foreign Minister KamelKharrazi declared Tuesday that he was hopeful that hiscountry could reach a fruitful agreement with EuropeanUnion countries on Iran's nuclear activities. The European Union is trying to persuade Iran to abandonits uranium enrichment program, which the United Statesfears could be used to manufacture nuclear weapons.
