Moscow, June 13, SPA -- Sonia Gandhi, the president of India's ruling Congress Party, arrived in Moscow on Monday for afour-day visit that was to include a trip to St. Petersburgand the cities of Vladimir and Suzdal, all repositories ofRussian cultural monuments.
