Paris, May 13, SPA -- The Paris Club of creditor nations agreedFriday to allow Russia to buy back US$15 billion (¤11.8billion) of mainly Soviet-era debt, the group said in astatement. The club said its 19 member governments would chooseindividually whether to participate in the buyback, butsaid "an overwhelming majority" would accept Russia'sterms.
