Islamabad, May 13, SPA -- Antonio Maria Costa, the Under Secretary General of the United Nations, has held talks with Pakistan's Interior Minister Aftab Sherpao and discussed matters of mutual interest, according to an official statement. The Interior minister briefed him about efforts made by Pakistan to counter terrorism and organized crime. On his part, Costa said Pakistan's role is very important in the war against terrorism.
