Berlin, May 12, SPA -- Israeli President Moshe Katsav will addressthe German parliament May 31 during a visit marking 40years of diplomatic relations, the lower house announcedThursday. Katsav will join a select group of foreign speakers whohave addressed lawmakers in the restored Reichstag buildingsince the lower house, or Bundestag, moved from Bonn in1999. Other prominent guests have included U.S. President GeorgeW. Bush, Russian President Vladimir Putin, UkrainianPresident Viktor Yushchenko and U.N. Secretary-General KofiAnnan.
