Al-Quds city, March 19, SPA -- The army is barring Israeli citizens from moving to four West Bank settlements slated for evacuationlater this year, military officials said Saturday, following a similar ban placed on relocating to the Gaza Strip. The move is the Israeli army's latest step to counter settlerresistance to the government's plan to withdraw from Gazaand parts of the West Bank.
