Paris, Feb 8, SPA -- The United States has agreed to hand over toFrance three French detainees at the U.S. naval base atGuantanamo Bay, Cuba, judicial officials said Tuesday. The agreement was finalized just as U.S. Secretary ofState Condoleezza Rice was to arrive in Paris for a meetingwith President Jacques Chirac, the officials said oncondition of anonymity. The date of the hand-over of the three French detainees _Mustaq Ali Patel, Ridouane Khalid and Khaled Ben Mustafa _has not been finalized yet, the officials said.
