days of election Geneva, Jan 30, SPA -- About two-thirds of registered Iraqiexpatriate voters have cast ballots in the first two daysof the country's election, organizers said Sunday. The Geneva-based International Organization for Migrationsaid that 186,619 Iraqi expatriate voters, about 66 percentof the total registered, went to the polls on the first twodays.
