Baghdad, Nov 8, SPA -- Iraq's interim prime minister saidMonday "terrorists" are not interested in a peaceful settlement and announced that emergency measures would be imposed on the insurgent strongholds of Fallujah and Ramadi beginning at 6 p.m. In a press conference in Baghdad, Ayad Allawi said thatIraq's borders with Syria and Jordan will also be closedoff and Baghdad's international airport would be shut downfor 48 hours.
