Riyadh, Oct 4, SPA -- Prince Abdulrahman Bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Defense and Aviation Minister, will lead the Kingdom's delegation to the 23rd meeting of the Defense Ministers of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), starting its deliberations in Kuwait later today. The meeting will be chaired by Sheikh Jaber Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Defense Minister. Prince Abdulrahman will be accompanied by a high-ranking military delegation.
