Damascus, Syria, Feb 24, SPA -- Syria will withdraw its troops fromLebanon in line with a 1989 Arab-brokered agreement, theForeign Ministry said Thursday. "The important withdrawals which have already beencarried out and what will be carried out later will be inagreement with Lebanon based on the Taif Accord," astatement said.
