Patna, Feb 3, SPA -- Suspected Maoist rebels apparentlyaiming to disrupt state elections carried out a pair of attacks Thursday that killed nine policemen and a woman who had come to vote, officials said. Separately, two women died as police fired into an unruly crowd of voters.
