Almaty, Kazakhstan, Dec 5, SPA -- Twenty-one people died Sunday inan explosion at a mine in the Karaganda region in Kazakhstan, the Interfax news agency said. About 100 miners were at the Shakhtinskaya mine at thetime of the incident, which took place in the early hoursof Sunday.
