Baghdad, Jan 9, SPA -- At least five Iraqis, including twopolicemen and three civilians, were killed when U.S. troopsopened fire after their convoy was struck by a roadsidebomb at a checkpoint south of Baghdad, police said. The incident happened late Saturday near the policecheckpoint in Yussifiyah, 15 kilometers (9 Miles) south ofBaghdad, the Interior Ministry spokesman, Col. AdnanAbdul-Rahman, said.
