Three Americans were among those killed in the Aug. 29blast outside the office of Dyncorp, an American contractorwhich provides bodyguards for President Hamid Karzai andtrains Afghan police. Naqibullah, a preliminary court judge, was detained abouttwo weeks ago after two men accused of organizing thebombing told investigators they had lodged at the judge'shouse in Kabul, Gen. Abdul Fatah, a senior Afghanprosecutor, told The Associated Press. "He is accused of two things. First, he let theterrorists stay in his house.
