New York, Sept 20, SPA -- Secretary General of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman Al-Atiyyah arrived here on Sunday to participate in the 59th session of the UN's General Assembly, starting on Wednesday. He will also participate in a number of meetings between a group of GCC foreign ministers along with their counterparts from the rest of the world, which are planned on fringes of the UN's General Assembly.
