Al-Quds city, Jan 10, SPA -- Israel's Cabinet on Thursday approved anew government including the dovish Labor party and anultra-Orthodox party, Israeli officials said. However, the new government still needs parliamentaryapproval, which was cast into doubt when 13 members of theruling Likud party announced they would oppose the creationof the government. The 13 Likud hard-liners reject Prime Minister ArielSharon's plan to withdraw from the Gaza Strip and four WestBank settlements. Sharon's previous government fell apart over opposition tothe plan.
