Berlin, Oct 11, SPA -- German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder will have talks next week in Portugal focused on European Union and bilateral themes, a government spokesman said Monday. Schroeder will make his first ever visit to Portugal on October 19 for talks with President Jorge Sampaio and Prime Minister Pedro Santana Lopes, said the spokesman.
