Ankara, Sept 21, SPA -- A Turkish construction companyannounced Tuesday that it was halting operations inneighboring Iraq in a bid to save the lives of 10 employeeskidnapped by militants. The Ankara-based VINSAN construction company said in astatement it was freezing operations and added that itskidnapped employees were innocent and were trying tosupport their families.
