Baqouba, Sept 21, SPA -- A police vehicle hit a roadside bomb,triggering an explosion that killed one person and injuredsix in this city north of Baghdad, police and hospitalofficials said. The police were on patrol when the blast occurred at 10:00a.m. (0600 GMT), police Lt. Alaa Kareem said. Two policemen were slightly injured, but the heaviestcasualties were in a civilian car that was behind theirvehicle, he said.
