SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sept 21, SPA -- The United Nations refugee agency announced Tuesday the symbolic return of the millionth refugeeto Bosnia. "This constitutes a most significant milestone in thelong process of rebuilding a nation shattered during the1992-95 war," said Udo Janz, the U.N. High Commissionerfor Refugees' representative in Bosnia.
