Kuwait city, Oct 30, SPA -- Iraq's interim president Ghazi al-Yawer started Saturday a three-day official visit to Kuwait. This is the first visit to Kuwait by an Iraqi head of state in about four decades. The last Iraqi president to visit Kuwait was believed tobe Abdul-Rahman Aref, in the late 1960s.
