Warsaw, Sept 24, SPA -- Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski is expected to pay a working visit Moscow next week for talks with President Vladimir Putin on Russia's future after the Beslan school hostage crisis, a senior advisor to the Polish president said Friday. A specific date for the visit was still being confirmed, the presidential press office said Friday. Speaking to Polish Radio Friday, Polish presidential aide Stanislaw Ciosek said Kwasniewski would ask Putin "where Russia was headed, what conclusions will it draw from recent events." The Polish leader's planned visit to Moscow comes on the heels of Vladimir Putin's controversial plans to centralize power in Russia, apparently to combat terrorism after the Beslan bloodbath. However, the move has sparked deep international concern that Russia's democratization drive is under threat. --SPA 1441 Local Time 1141 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/204577
