New Delhi, Sept 8, SPA -- Nepalese Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba promised on Friday an end to violence by communist rebels in his South Asian nation and said foreigninvestments in the small Himalayan kingdom were safe. "Although some unfortunate incidents have occurred inrecent times, the government is fully committed toproviding security and protection to foreign investors andtheir investments," Deuba told industrialists in theIndian capital. "We are fighting the problem of insurgency resolutely andresponsibly. We will not allow terror to reign," Deubasaid.
