Moscow, Sept 10, SPA -- The upper house of the Russian parliament will form a commission to investigate the schoolhostage-taking that ended in gunfire and explosions and thedeaths of more than 300 people, the chamber's speaker saidFriday. President Vladimir Putin agreed to the proposal made bychamber speaker Sergei Mironov.
