Cairo, Safar 2, 1434, Dec 15, 2012, SPA - Polling places opened Saturday in 10 of Egypt's provinces in the first round of a referendum on a draft constitution. President Mohammad Morsi cast his ballot at a school in the eastern Cairo district of Heliopolis, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported.
