Geneva, Sha'ban 11, 1433, Jul 1, 2012, SPA - Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani has underlined the need that the plan of the Joint Special Envoy of United Nations-Arab League on the Syrian Crisis, Kofi Annan should have a specific time-frame, schedule and method of implementation and should be enhanced by Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter. Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al-Thani said in a statement, quoted by Qatar News Agency, "What we hope for is what the Syrian people hope for ", adding that there should be a political plan for the transition of political power in Syria peacefully and according to the Arab League plan of January 22, 2012 and Annan's six-point plan.
